why are our marketing services successful
Most other marketing organisations would drip feed the Tour
Operators and Agents by email in an attempt to wear them down
(most of these emails would never even be opened, let alone
read), or they would have a small number of key organisations
that they work with. When we at GRC Hotel Marketing send emails
to our large network, they open and read them as they know
we will only send them information that is likely to be of
genuine interest to them and their clients.
We believe that electronic communication is a useful tool
for helping to maintain awareness when large numbers are involved,
but we place huge emphasis on arranging meetings at which
we present our client's products. We meet with approximately
25 Tour Operators and Agents per month in order to make eye
to eye presentations of our client's products. We will generally
request a meeting based on one or two products from our portfolio
that, based on our knowledge of their business, will be of
great interest. Regularly, because our portfolio will always
be small and exclusive, your product would be one of these.
Where it is not, we would still seek to introduce it during
the presentation if we have perceived a genuine need for it
as far as the Tour Operator or Agent is concerned. If desired
we can arrange to market your hotel individually rather than
as part of a portfolio.
Many of our Tour Operators and Agents are very large organisations,
which means that even if your product is not relevant to their
main geographic business area, it may be to their second or
third and this requirement will still be very substantial.
